If You Can

Psalm 34:11- 11    Come, children, listen to me.  Let me teach you how to honor the Lord: 12  Do you love life; do you relish the chance to enjoy good things? 13 Then you must keep your tongue from evil and keep your lips from speaking lies!

Listen if you are willing to learn some new ways of understanding all that transpires in the name of God. Perhaps. The key to grasping this radical thought is that “God does not exist; God insists.” Insistence comes as an “unheard inner call,” a divine invitation, a persistent nudge, or a nagging idea that won’t let you go. Pay close attention to that call which insists and persists; turn away from it at your own peril. Actually, the best advice is to run away from it as fast as possible… if you can! However, if it continues to pursue you, if it continues to disturb your sleeping and waking hours, stop running and let it overtake you. Listen carefully to what you are being called… and then figure out how to do it. When that insistence, calling, invitation becomes the deepest desire of your life, you will have found what Yeshua called “abundant life.”
